Mark R. Gallagher, CFP^®,is founder and president of Gallagher Financial Services.Mark founded Gallagher Financial Services in 1985.  Today, over 20 years later, he has a team of four dedicated associates and more than 700 clients.

Gallagher Financial Services, located in St. Paul, Minnesota, provides financial planning to people of all ages.  Moreover, Mark offers clients his expertise as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and an Investment Advisor Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network. 

At Gallagher Financial Services, we take a hands on approach for our clients.  To create an all-inclusive financial strategy, we incorporate investment management, detailed financial planning, income tax management (planning and preparation), and consideration of our client's insurance needs (life, health, ABCDs of Medicare).  We feel it is difficult to achieve financial success if you only embrace one or two of the points in our comprehensive approach without the others.  In summary, Mark focuses on the big picture to help you pursue your financial goals.
